"We are giving iPhones to employees at the end of July," Steve Dowling, a spokesman for the Cupertino, Calif.-based company, said in an interview Friday. He declined to provide further details. Apple has about 18,000 employees.
UPDATE:
Actually, it isn't AT&T who is giving them to their employees, it is Apple. I talked with my neighbor yesterday, who happens to work for AT&T, and he corrected me. He also said that AT&T will not let their employees own an iPhone, EVER. What??
