I am sick and tired of hearing about kidnappings, rapes, murders, drunk driving that these CRIMINALS are getting away with. This beautiful young girl had her whole life ahead of her before this murdering sicko got his hands on her. This isn't the first time this has happened. Why wasn't he deported back in 1990 when he was convicted of incest?!?
